Custom/Engraved Lamps: 3–5 business days
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Each Luna Lamp is carefully packed in protective, eco-friendly materials designed to keep your lamp safe in transit — because your moon deserves a soft landing.

We’re committed to sustainability — all packaging is recyclable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated time frame, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.

We’ll investigate with the courier and make it right — whether that means reshipping or refunding.
